
Full-Time (Cohort) MBA
The Full-Time (Cohort) MBA program at UT Dallas offers a rigorous, fast-paced curriculum that equips students with timeless business skills while emphasizing the mastery of managerial concepts that are altering the business landscape today. Established in 1996, the Full-Time (Cohort) MBA program is new enough to be evolving but established enough to build on courses that have been refined over the last 25 years in the School of Management.
Admission
Admission to the program is selective with a maximum of 60 highly qualified students entering each year. Students typically average 650 on the GMAT and have completed at least four years of work before joining the program. The majority of students receive substantial financial support based on strong test scores and outstanding backgrounds.
Program Structure
This 53-credit-hour program features a full-time, daytime core curriculum. Each cohort of students starts the program in August and graduates 16 months later in December. Electives are added from the second semester forward based on areas of interest. All students work as interns and/or take elective coursework during the summer semester.

Academics
The full-time MBA program offers daytime core classes Monday through Thursday. Elective courses are typically offered during the evening. All classes involve a combination of case studies, lectures, and group projects. Application requirements include an application form and fee, academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal essays, a résumé, TOEFL score (if applicable), and GMAT score.
