Full-Time (Cohort) MBA

The Full-Time (Cohort) MBA program at UT Dallas offers a rigorous, fast-paced curriculum that equips students with timeless business skills while emphasizing the mastery of managerial concepts that are altering the business landscape today. Established in 1996, the Full-Time (Cohort) MBA program is new enough to be evolving but established enough to build on courses that have been refined over the last 25 years in the School of Management.

Admission

Admission to the program is selective with a maximum of 60 highly qualified students entering each year. Students typically average 650 on the GMAT and have completed at least four years of work before joining the program. The majority of students receive substantial financial support based on strong test scores and outstanding backgrounds.

Program Structure

This 53-credit-hour program features a full-time, daytime core curriculum. Each cohort of students starts the program in August and graduates 16 months later in December. Electives are added from the second semester forward based on areas of interest. All students work as interns and/or take elective coursework during the summer semester.

Extracurricular Benefits

In addition to academic classes, students receive a number of benefits designed specifically for this program, including:

  • Pre-term program: refresher courses in accounting and math
  • Individual mentoring by leaders and alumni
  • Team-building and leadership workshops
  • Access to the Full-Time (Cohort) MBA alumni network
