The Master of Engineering (MEng) curriculum at the University of Hartford provides challenging programs that prepare graduates for stimulating, meaningful, and rewarding professional careers. Master’s programs include:

Electrical Engineering: The Department of Electrical Engineering provides advanced-level instruction emphasizing engineering practice. The focus is on electrical engineering design, system operation, and management in all the courses and through the independent study requirement.

Mechanical Engineering (with specialty concentrations in manufacturing and turbomachinery): The objective of this program is to educate students so they may become leaders in engineering, industry, government, and other professions. A student can choose from the areas of design, manufacturing, thermo- fluids, acoustics, turbomachinery, and mechatronics.

Civil Engineering: The Civil Engineering Masters program stresses applied research for the practicing civil engineer. The goal is to prepare you to solve more sophisticated design problems that will help you advance in your engineering career.
