Offering a Progressive Curriculum for Career Advancement in the Urban Health Care Environment
For nearly 55 years, the School of Nursing at Long Island University’s Brooklyn Campus has provided a teaching and learning environment that delivers quality nursing education to students from a broad array of cultural backgrounds. Because its programs are based in downtown Brooklyn, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country, the school’s graduates are encouraged to share cultural insights, to appreciate cultural differences, and to provide caring, quality health care to members of multicultural populations.
