Keyfacts® - General Info

The Eastern New Mexico University M.B.A. program is designed to meet the needs of working adults. To achieve this, courses are offered in multiple formats for maximum flexibility in course selection. Currently, courses are offered once a week on campus or through Web-based instruction. Course meetings on the main campus are delivered to remote sites through videoconferencing and meeting management software. Videos of class can be downloaded from the Internet. Regardless of delivery mode, all courses have the same level of rigor. These Master of Science programs provide an advanced knowledge base for current and prospective coaches, teachers and athletic directors, and they prepare students for doctoral study. These programs require 21 hours of core courses as well as 12 hours of emphasis courses and up to six hours of approved elective courses. Students may select either the thesis or the nonthesis option. * The thesis option requires 30 hours of coursework and an oral defense of the thesis or graduate project. * The nonthesis option requires 36 hours of coursework and a written and oral comprehensive exam.
