The school also offers the Advanced Certificate Program in Educational Leadership. Courses are scheduled in the late afternoon and early evening to accommodate students who are employed. Prior to the student's enrollment, his or her undergraduate and/or graduate transcripts will be reviewed by a faculty advisor for satisfactory completion of prerequisite courses. Students may be required to complete prerequisite courses prior to entering their graduate program. The Master of Science in Education degree in educational leadership and the Advanced Certificate Program are approved by the New York State Education Department. Upon completion of these programs, experienced teachers are eligible to apply for School Building Leadership (SBL) certification.
