The MBA at Centenary College is designed for the rising leader, with at least five years of professional work experience, who has daily responsibility for the management of people, projects, products, data or budgets within his or her organization. Our courses are taught from a senior management perspective with an emphasis on the business skills and knowledge that enable a shift from functional expertise to broad based leadership and strategic thinking. If your goal is to develop both the competence and self-confidence to advance your business insight and leadership responsibilities, take a close look at the Frost School of Business Executive MBA program at Centenary College. Established in 1984, The Frost School of Business Executive MBA program is a 45 credit hour degree, consisting of 14 courses and an integrative final project. Centenary's Executive program grants an MBA equivalent to a full-time traditional MBA, yet it is tailored to meet the needs of today's executives and professionals. In contrast to the traditional MBA, our MBA for executives taps into the management and operating experience of its participants and then builds on that experience in the classroom. The applied orientation of our program facilitates immediate transfer of classroom learning back to the workplace, while preparing our MBA candidates for the challenges each will face in the future.
